Come join us this Valentine's weekend for a Potato Gnocchi class at the Bird's Nest on Saturday, February 17th from 5pm to 7pm.  Together, we will make potato gnocchi, there are dozens of types of gnocchi in Italian cuisine. These small pillow dumplings can be made from breadcrumbs, ricotta, polenta, flour such as semolina or chestnut, or a mix of ingredients with herbs and spices.
